Please Respond! Ok you guys I need to lose weight like ASAP! My bridesmaid dress will be here in about 5 weeks and I need to be able to fit in it by September 14th! The problem is the waist of the dress is 33 in while I toggle between 35/36 inches rn especially when I am bloated which has been a lot lately! Any advice guys I struggle with weightloss even when working out and eating healthy. My goal is to be 183 by the wedding date which is Sept 16. and I currently weigh 198. And advice please like, reblog, message me.
I have the same problem coming up, my cousin is getting married early August and I had reached my HW end of May. What helped me in the past was to take an Atkins approach. It brought me from 136 to 116 in three months along with weight training and cardio. I was really strict the first month- not intaking any carbs though (less than 20g). Once I was back on campus though, I was a lot more lenient. But my calorie intake was still relatively low. I ate when I was hungry, but I had small portions. I was able to maintain it up until summer, when everything in my life changed. It wasn’t until winter again though, that I had surpassed 125. And this was due to a lot of friends and family sending in food arrangements, or ordering us unhealthy dinner each night, coupled with the stress of the entire situation.
